Civil registration. Recent general medical certificate. Photocopy of the vaccination card (with up-to-date vaccinations). Copy of the card of the E.PS. and copy of the last payment form. Four (4) recent passport size photos (3X4), one of which must be attached to the registration form (each one marked on the back with name and grade). Work certificate of the Parents with recent monthly allowance. Submit all these documents in a legal size (hanging) folder for filing. Photocopy of the Citizenship Certificates of the Parents or Guardians. Parents' Immigration ID and valid passports (For Foreigners).

Enrollment authorization with signature and seal of the College. Recent Labor Certificate of the Parents and joint and several co-debtor other than the parents. (Independent workers must bring income statement, chamber of commerce and bank statements). Consignment (original and photocopy) for the value of the registration in the COLPATRIA BANK to the account number 2034-01614-3 in the name of the SANTIAGO ALBERIONE SCHOOL. Educational Cooperation Contract completed, signed and authenticated. Blank promissory note and Letter of Instruction signed, please do not fill in, only signatures. Photocopy of the Identity Card of the Parents and of the joint debtor (those who have not brought it).
